Many commercial properties have waste strength comparable to residential and can be served by standard septic systems. Others may have high strength waste that needs special attention.

High Strength Waste Removal

Commercial facilities can have a higher level of organic and chemical contaminants than typical residential wastewater.  State code requires that effluent be at or below residential strength before it is delivered to a drain field (which would then require pretreatment).
